As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is soft on the palate and mellows into a warm hug for your senses. The result is a coffee that can be enjoyed on its own or paired with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It also goes well with lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges well.

1 kg coffee beans  recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding water that is just boiling will keep it warm. After the coffee is brewed, allow it to sit for four minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are completely saturated and not over extracted. The water should then be forced through the grounds by the plunger. Do not stir or agitate the coffee, as this could result in unpleasant components in your cup.

Lazy Sunday is a smoky light roast that has the sweet citrus and cocoa aroma. It has a soft touch and a soft mouthfeel. The cocoa notes can be traced back to a winters' day sitting on the sofa reading a good book with a warm family hug. Pre-heat your French Press by using water that isn't yet at boiling point. This will prevent the coffee from becoming over extracted and resulting in undesirable elements in your drink. Then add your grounds and 250ml of water that is off the boil. Steep for four minutes, plunge, and enjoy.
